Shp Yachts Charter Terms
These terms govern all charter bookings with Shp Yachts in Dubai. We operate a fleet of 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 to 164 feet, departing from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. By paying a deposit, you accept these conditions for your private charter experience.

Reserving your vessel and payment terms
Charters require a minimum duration of 2 hours, with hourly prices ranging from 600 AED to 18,900 AED depending on the chosen vessel. To confirm any booking across our fleet, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to departure. Our team operates daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST, responding via WhatsApp within 15 minutes to confirm availability, collect payments, and finalize details. Rates cover fuel, a licensed captain, professional crew, soft drinks, ice, towels, and safety life jackets for up to 90 guests.
Guest policies and catering options
Guests are permitted to bring their own food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, on board with zero corkage fees. Alternatively, catering, BBQ menus, and bar service can be arranged upon request. Maximum guest capacity is capped at 90 guests, strictly determined by the specific boat length between 33 and 164 feet. Additional services such as water sports, sound equipment, live DJs, transfers, and decorations must be requested in advance through our official WhatsApp contact button.
Coverage and operational responsibility
Every charter booked through Shp Yachts includes comprehensive marine insurance alongside a fully licensed captain and professional crew who manage the vessel throughout the journey. Guests are provided with standard safety equipment, including life jackets and towels. No passport or physical ID is required to board our vessels at Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Shp Yachts is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the trip outside the scope of the provided marine insurance policy.
Changes, cancellations, and severe weather
If severe weather prevents safe sailing from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour, guests can choose either to reschedule the charter to a new agreed date via WhatsApp chat or receive a full refund of their payment. Any requests to modify your charter schedule, add tailored catering, or include optional water sports can be communicated directly through our WhatsApp channel.
Clear answers before booking
What happens if severe weather impacts our charter date?
If sailing is disallowed due to bad weather conditions, you have full flexibility. You can choose to move your trip to an alternative date agreed in our WhatsApp chat, or you can request a complete refund of your payment.
Can I get my initial deposit back if I cancel?
If your charter cannot proceed due to bad weather that prevents sailing, you can choose to receive a full refund of your payment or reschedule the trip to another available date through our manager.
Are personal food and alcoholic beverages permitted on board?
Yes, guests are fully welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol, onto all our yachts and boats. We do not charge any corkage fees, and soft drinks, ice, and towels are included.
