Contacting our team via WhatsApp
The single contact channel for Shp Yachts is the WhatsApp button on this page. We do not take enquiries over phone calls, email, or at a physical office. Message us directly to check real-time availability for our 88 yachts and boats, ranging from 33 to 164 feet. Our team works every day between 09:00 and 23:00 GST. Whether you need a 2-hour cruise starting from 600 AED per hour or a larger vessel up to 18,900 AED per hour, clicking the WhatsApp button connects you straight to an advisor.
Finalising your booking and departure details
To secure your chosen vessel, a 30% deposit is required. Your payment covers a licensed captain and crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. If poor weather prevents sailing, we agree on a new charter date with you in the chat or issue a refund, depending on your choice. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. Before your trip, we send your exact berth location at Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour via WhatsApp so you can arrive directly at the vessel.
Details needed to calculate your total cost
To receive an accurate quote, tell us your preferred charter date, start time, and duration, keeping in mind our 2-hour minimum booking requirement. Let us know your total group size, up to our maximum capacity of 90 guests, and whether you prefer to depart from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Specify any extras you require, such as jet skis, catering, a DJ, or car transfers. You can bring your own food and alcohol without any corkage fees, or request full catering service. Once we receive these details, we calculate your total price.
